In three steps to CONVOTIS Remote Support
CONVOTIS Schweiz supports you throughout the whole part of german-speaking Switzerland. However, in most cases (95%) the service on site is not necessary and the fault repair can be performed directly by remote maintenance.
1. Download CONVOTIS-Support for Windows or Mac
Download our Remote Support software and save it to your desktop.
2. Installation
Install the Teamviewer Module by double-clicking the downloaded file (CONVOTIS_Support.exe).
Confirm the security queries.

3. Inform ID and password
Please inform your CONVOTIS Supporter of the displayed ID and password by telephone.
